- Your business website (optional)
- Which service you are interested in
- A description of your business and what you want to solve
We do not use cookies, tracking scripts, analytics platforms, or any third-party data collection tools. This is a static website with no advertising and no behavioral tracking of any kind.
How we use your information
The information you submit through the contact form is used solely to respond to your inquiry. Specifically:
- To follow up with you about your question or audit request
- To review your website as part of an audit engagement, if one begins
- To send you the deliverables you paid for
We do not add you to any mailing list, newsletter, or marketing sequence without your explicit consent.
Who we share your information with
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party. Your contact details stay between you and CrestFlow Digital.
Form submissions are processed through an n8n workflow hosted on a private server and delivered to Richard@crestflow.io. No third-party email marketing platform or CRM is involved.
How long we keep your information
Inquiry emails and any related correspondence are kept for as long as is reasonably necessary to manage the business relationship. If you would like your information deleted, email Richard@crestflow.io and it will be removed promptly.
Your rights
You have the right to:

- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent to any ongoing contact at any time
